For government contractors

Proposals shouldn't start from a blank page.

Every solicitation means long instructions and attachments, a requirements checklist, amendments, deadlines, and past performance you've already written once. We build AI systems that pull out the requirements, draft from your own past proposals and keep the paperwork on schedule. A person on your team reviews and submits every proposal.

Where the work slips

Paperwork shouldn't decide which bids you chase.

A small team can only read so many solicitations. Each one has its own instructions, evaluation criteria, forms and deadlines, and the same capability and past performance language is rebuilt for every response. When the paperwork takes the time, fewer bids go out, and the ones that do get less attention.

Sound familiar?

  • Good opportunities are spotted late, or not at all.
  • Requirements are copied into a spreadsheet by hand, one section at a time.
  • Past performance write-ups are hunted down across old folders and inboxes.
  • Question deadlines and amendments are tracked in someone's head.
Good fit if

You respond to solicitations with a small team, reuse the same material from bid to bid, or lose time tracking deadlines, amendments and forms.

What we build

Workflows we build for government contractors.

Built around the material you already have: past proposals, capability statements, past performance and resumes. A person on your team reviews every draft and makes every submission.

Opportunity digests

New notices from the sources you already watch, checked against your NAICS codes and criteria and summarized in a digest, so a person decides which ones to pursue.

Requirements checklist

The system reads the solicitation and its attachments and turns the instructions, evaluation criteria and deadlines into a compliance matrix, with each item cited to the section it came from.

First drafts from past proposals

Section drafts grounded in your own past proposals, capability statement and past performance, so your team edits a draft instead of starting from nothing.

Over-scope check

A review pass that flags anything in a draft that goes beyond what the solicitation asks for, so your team can decide whether to cut it or offer it separately.

Deadlines and amendments

Due dates, question deadlines and amendments logged for each bid, with reminders to the owner before each one.

Post-award reporting

Monthly status reports and invoice backup drafted from your project notes and timesheets, ready for a program manager to review.

How it works

Four steps, one at a time.

  1. 01

    Free, 30 minutes

    Discovery call

Tell us about the work taking too much time. We ask questions, answer yours honestly, and say plainly whether AI is likely to help.

  2. 02

    A written plan

    Blueprint

If there is a real opportunity, we look closely at your workflows, tools and goals, and turn them into a plan: what to build first, what it involves, and what it would take.

  3. 03

    Spec first, then build

    Build

We agree on exactly what the system will do before we build it, show you working pieces along the way, and fit it into the tools your team already uses.

  4. 04

    Keep it working

    Care

Once it is live, we can monitor it, adjust it as your business changes, and plan the next system when there is an obvious next one.

Questions

Straight answers for government contractors.

Will it write and submit proposals for us?

It prepares first drafts and checks them against the solicitation. A person on your team reviews, edits and submits every proposal. The system doesn't submit anything on its own.

What about CUI or other restricted information?

We start with material that carries no special handling rules, like public solicitations and your own past proposals, and keep anything restricted out of the system. If a workflow depends on restricted material, we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit for it.

Can it find opportunities for us?

Where the sources you watch can be checked automatically, it can send a digest of new notices that match your codes and criteria. Deciding which ones to pursue stays with your team.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. We connect to the email, calendar, CRM, documents and spreadsheets you already have, and we tell you early if a tool makes something harder than it should be.

Do we need someone technical on our side?

No. Most of the businesses we talk to don't have one. You bring the knowledge of how the business runs; we handle the engineering, and we show the people who will use the system day to day how it works.

What does it cost?

The discovery call is free. If there is a real opportunity, the next step is a fixed-price Blueprint: a written plan for what to build first. Anything beyond that is quoted once we both understand the scope, because scope is the only honest basis for a build price.
