What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. If there is a real opportunity, the next step is a fixed-price Blueprint: a written plan for what to build first. Anything beyond that is quoted once we both understand the scope, because scope is the only honest basis for a build price.
Will it send things to our customers without us seeing them?
Not unless you decide it should. By default, anything consequential goes to a person for approval first, and you choose what the system is allowed to do on its own.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect to the email, calendar, CRM, documents and spreadsheets you already have, and we tell you early if a tool makes something harder than it should be.
What happens after it goes live?
We can keep it running for you: monitoring it, adjusting it as your business changes, and building the next system when there is an obvious next one. Or we hand it over with documentation. You decide.
