Privacy policy.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what Space Tiger AI Systems ("we", "us") collects through spacetiger.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@spacetiger.ai.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), your message, and a timing value we use to filter spam.
  • Booking a call: the name, email address and answers you enter on our booking page.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
  • Phone calls: if you call our number or ask Tig to call you, your phone number, a recording and transcript of the call, and a short summary of it.
  • Website chat and free tools: what you type to Tig, our website chat, or enter into our free tools (for example a business name, website address or quiz answers). If you ask us to email you the results, your email address and those results.
  • Blueprint intake: if you work with us, the business, systems and process details you give in our Blueprint intake form, including any links you share.
  • Text messages: if you use our AI assistant by text, the details listed under Text messages (SMS) below.
  • Website usage: aggregated, cookie-free statistics such as page views, referring sites and page load times.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser details are processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for calls.
  • To answer your calls and chats, run the free tools you use, and send you the results you ask for.
  • To keep a record of inquiries and conversations in our CRM.
  • To follow up by email about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and filter spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site and our business:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and cookie-free web analytics.
  • n8n: processes contact-form submissions.
  • HubSpot: our CRM, where inquiries are recorded.
  • Google Workspace: our email.
  • TidyCal: our booking calendar. TidyCal's page loads its own services too: Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Stripe.
  • Anthropic: our AI provider. It generates Tig's replies in the website chat, on the phone and by text, and writes the results of our free tools.
  • Google (Gemini): used by our AI visibility tool to check how AI search answers questions about a business.
  • Vapi: runs our AI phone receptionist, using Deepgram to turn speech into text and ElevenLabs for the voice.
  • Twilio: our phone number, and our text messages as described under Text messages (SMS) below.
  • Supabase: stores call records, tool results you ask us to send, and text conversations.
  • Resend: sends the results emails you ask for and alerts to our team.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you use the Space Tiger AI Assistant by text message (see our SMS terms), we collect:

  • your mobile number and your name;
  • the messages you send us and the replies we send;
  • reminders you ask for, and when messages are sent and delivered;
  • a record of when and how you opted in or out, and the wording you agreed to.

We use this only to run the assistant: to reply to you, send the reminders you ask for and keep the context of your conversation; to pass requests to our team when you ask for a person; to keep the service secure; and to keep records of consent and opt-outs. Your conversation is private to you and the Space Tiger team.

These service providers process your messages only on our behalf:

  • Twilio: sends and receives the texts.
  • Anthropic: our AI provider. Your messages are processed by its AI models to generate the assistant's replies.
  • Supabase: stores conversations and reminders.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the service.
  • Resend: sends our team email alerts, for example when you ask for a person.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your messages and reminders while you use the assistant. To have them deleted, email support@spacetiger.ai. We keep records of when you opted in and out, even after deletion, as proof of consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. The assistant is for adults 18 and older.

Tracking and Do Not Track

Our own pages do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our analytics do not use cookies. The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by TidyCal and runs TidyCal's own analytics and security services (Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Google reCAPTCHA and Stripe). Those services may use cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. Because we don't track visitors across other websites, our site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry, booking, call and tool records, including call recordings and transcripts, for as long as they are useful for our relationship with you and our business records, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@spacetiger.ai. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
