These terms cover the Space Tiger AI Assistant text message program ("the Program"), run by Space Tiger AI Systems ("we", "us"). Our terms of use and privacy policy also apply.

What the Program is

The Program gives you a private, one-to-one AI assistant named Tig that you reach by text message at (801) 316-8619. Tig replies to your messages, answering questions and writing short drafts and checklists. It sends reminders you ask it to set, and it passes requests to Britton, Space Tiger's founder, when a person needs to handle them. We may also send you one request for an honest review.

We don't send marketing messages, promotional offers or messages from third parties through the Program. The same number answers phone calls with our AI receptionist; these terms cover text messages only.

How you join

The Program is for people Britton invites. To join, text JOIN (or any message) to (801) 316-8619. We reply once and ask you to reply YES to confirm. We send nothing else until you do. After you reply YES, we send you a welcome text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with how you use the assistant. Most messages are replies to your own texts. Reminders you ask for are sent between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.

How to stop

Reply STOP to (801) 316-8619 at any time to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work, and so does a plain request such as "stop texting me". We send one message confirming you're opted out, then nothing more. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

The assistant is an AI

Tig is an artificial-intelligence assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it. It does not give legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it tells you when it passes something to Britton. Tig never asks for passwords, login codes or card numbers. Please don't send them.

Who can use it

The Program is for adults 18 or older with a US mobile number who are the account holder for that number, or have the account holder's permission.

Your information

We handle your number and messages as the "Text messages (SMS)" section of our privacy policy describes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may change these terms or end the Program. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date, and let you know by text about material changes.
