AI phone receptionist
Miss a call, not the customer.
Most people who reach a voicemail hang up and call the next name on the list. This texts them back in seconds, answers after hours, and writes everything down. It is one of the systems we build, so it is also the demo.
A canned sequence. No real messages are sent.
How it works
- 01
A call rings out
Your phone rings as normal. If nobody picks up in 20 seconds, the system notices. Nothing about how you answer calls changes.
- 02
A text goes back in seconds
The caller gets one message: sorry we missed you, what can we help with, here is a link to book. No voicemail they will never leave.
- 03
After hours, Tig answers
Outside your hours the call goes to Tig, who takes a message, texts the booking link, or hands off to a human if one is on. It says it is an AI when asked.
- 04
Everything is logged
Every missed call, text, reply and after-hours conversation lands in one place with a two-line summary. The team sees it, nobody has to remember.
What the team sees
